Valid Photo ID and valid credit/debit card is required upon check in
Minimum check in age for our property is 18
Daily incidentals authorization (not a charge) of $50 will be held on the credit card/debit card during your stay
The balance of the full stay amount is payable prior to check in. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the room has been received and approved. 

 

Check out 11:00 AM

Late check outs are based on availability and are subject to additional charge.
The security deposit should be released by your credit card issuing bank automatically in 3-7 business days. The security deposit/pre-authorization is not held by our property.

 

Parking

Some parking spots in front of the property are available to our guests for FREE, at first come first serve basis.

Non-Smoking Property

Penalty of $250 will apply for violating our non-smoking policy

Damages

During your stay, the apartment and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Guests are responsible for any damages done to the room. 

Pet Policy

We love them but pets are not allowed at this property

Cribs

Cribs available for a one time fee of $35 

Extra Cot Bed (for Deluxe Studio only)

Extra cot bed available for a one time fee of $45, based on availability

Amenities

We offer in-room amenities such as mini-fridge, stove, toasters, coffee makers, hair dryers, iron/ironing boards at no cost for your enjoyment. Should any of the items be removed from the room or damaged, we reserve the right to charge your credit card the the cost of the replacement, with the exception when the item is defective prior to your arrival. 

Housekeeping

Unlike hotels, we do not offer daily housekeeping services. your room will be cleaned and ready to go with everything you need (almost 🙂 ) prior to your arrival.  However, we are in hospitality industry so should there be anything you may need, you can inquire from our team and we will do our best to accommodate.
